What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in are free. Cancellations within 72 hours are charged in full. Late arrivals must notify us with your expected arrival time; we hold rooms until midnight. No-shows without notification will be charged in full.

What ID do I need to check in?

A valid passport or government-issued ID is required at check-in. Indian nationals can use an Aadhar card, driving licence, or passport. Foreign nationals must have a valid passport.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 10:30 AM. Late check-outs are available for an additional charge if rooms are available. Reception is staffed 24 hours, so early arrivals and late check-ins are welcome — just notify us of your expected arrival time.

Can I bring guests to the hostel?

Day visitors are welcome in common areas until 10:00 PM. Overnight guests are not permitted in dorm rooms. Private room guests may arrange prior approval with reception for overnight visitors.
