Hostel Rules & Policies

1. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 1:00 PM onwards. Check-out time: 10:30 AM. Please inform reception if you need late check-out; additional charges may apply.

2. Identification

A valid government-issued ID (passport, Aadhar card, driver's license) is required at check-in.

3. Reservations & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours before your check-in date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount. Early departures and late arrivals do not qualify for refunds. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days. To cancel, please contact us at +91 91254 92225.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

Respect other guests and staff; disruptive behaviour, loud noise, and parties are prohibited. Use of drugs or illegal substances is strictly forbidden. Smoking is not allowed inside rooms; please use designated smoking areas.

6. Security

Keep personal belongings safe — the hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are available for rent; bring your own lock or rent one at reception.

7. Visitors

Visitors must register at reception and are allowed from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM in the common room only. Overnight visitors are not permitted.

8. Cleanliness & Maintenance

Keep your bed and room tidy. Report damages or maintenance issues immediately to staff.

9. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to allow restful sleep for all guests.

10. Use of Facilities

Use common areas, the kitchen, and equipment respectfully, and clean up after use. Treat hostel property with care.

11. Liability

The hostel is not responsible for personal injury or loss of property. Guests stay at their own risk.

12. Food & Drinks

Outside food is allowed only in designated dining areas. Outside drinks are not allowed in rooms.
