Information We Collect
When you book a stay we collect your title, first and last name, gender, email address, phone number (with country code), nationality, estimated arrival time, any special request you type, and your stay dates and amounts. Please do not put health or religious details in the special request unless you need us to act on them.
When you cancel a booking we ask for your reservation number and email address. When you contact us through the contact form, we receive the message you type, and your name and optional email, in WhatsApp or by email.
We also collect technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device details and the pages you visit.
How We Use Your Information
- To process bookings, take payment, send confirmations and handle changes, cancellations and refunds.
- To answer your messages and help you before and during your stay.
- To keep the website secure, prevent abuse (for example by limiting repeated booking attempts from one address) and fix problems.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To keep accounts and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that help us run the website and your booking, and where the law requires it.
Booking Records and How Long We Keep Them
Booking details are stored on our web server and in our booking system. If a payment cannot be matched to a booking, our system emails us the order details, including the guest's email address, so we can put it right. We keep booking records for as long as we need them to manage your stay, handle refunds and disputes, keep accounts and meet legal obligations. Short-lived technical data used to limit repeated requests is removed automatically within an hour.
At check-in we check a valid government photo ID for every guest.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and Tracking
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies or similar identifiers to recognise visits and measure how the site is used, and embedded content from Google and SnapWidget may set its own. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings or with privacy tools. Some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
Your Rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent where we rely on it, by contacting us using the details below. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to your local data protection authority (in India, the Data Protection Board of India).
